The short version

This site collects nothing about you.

No account, no sign-up, no contact form, no newsletter box, no comments. No analytics. No advertising pixels. No cookies set by us. No third-party scripts of any kind: every page loads only from this domain.

You can read every page here without telling us anything, and we will not know you did.

What our host can see

The site is served by Vercel, and any web host keeps standard server logs: the page requested, the time, a browser user agent, and an IP address. That is how web servers work, we do not read those logs for marketing, and we have no way to connect them to a person.

If you buy something

Purchases do not happen on this domain. They happen on get.fightbackstrong.com, which is a separate system that does collect what a purchase requires, such as a name, an email address and payment details handled by the payment processor.

That is a different privacy policy and it is linked from the checkout pages. Nothing you do on this site carries over to it, and nothing you do there comes back here.

If you email us

We will have your email address and whatever you wrote, because that is what email is. We use it to answer you. We do not add you to a list from it and we do not sell or share it.

Do not send us documents from your case. We are not your lawyer, nothing you send is privileged, and we do not want a copy of your court papers.

Children

This site is for adults dealing with a lawsuit and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this ever stops being true, this page changes first and says what changed and when. As of the date below, it is accurate: no tracking, no cookies, no third-party requests.
